How can I look for products in Miscota?

You can find products using three alternative methods:

- On the top menu bar. You can navigate between the different categories and products.

- On the top and center of the webpage, you can use the searcher typing the product that you want to see.

- You can search products using the brand list. On homepage footer, you can see the brand list.

How can I make a payment with a discount code or gift certificate?

Once confirming your order the step before payment, you will see a field where you can enter the discount code.

Enter the code and press "use coupon". The code will automatically be implemented in your order.

Please note: You can enjoy only 1 promotion per order placed. Multipack selection is a promotion.

Which credit cards are accepted?

Miscota accepts the following credit cards:

I forgot my password Miscota.uk. What do I do?

When you log into your account, or when you get access to any place where you have a form with fields such as e-mail and password to identify yourself, you will find a link which allows you to recover your password.

Once you click that link, you will start a process to reset your password in which we will send you an e-mail with the instructions to follow.

How can I modify my Order?

If you need to amend or make changes to your order, you have until 16:00 (GMT+1) of the same day to make any changes contacting Customer Loyalty Team. If any changes are made after 16:00 (GMT+1) and the order is on shipment, it could has extra taxes.

How can I finish my order?

When you put all the needed information to make the purchase, you'll be able to make the payment. Once the payment will be done, the order will be finishes and we'll start to process and ship your products.

You'll receive a confirmation order email.

What payment methods are available?

In Miscota.co.uk there are three different payment options:

- Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express through our secure payment platform that we have in co-operation with Adyen.

- Paypal: You can pay with your Paypal account

- Bank Transfer: We provide a bank account where you can pay the money for your order.

Why should I log in?

In order to process the order and make a relation between the purchase and your data, you must login.
If you're a new customer, you can register with your email address and following the steps.
If you are already a customer of Miscota, then you can login with your email address and your password.
If you've forgotten your password, just click "forgot password" and we will help you from there.

How do I start processing my order?

Once you arrive at the shopping basket, check the products you have are the products you want to buy. Click the "End Order" button and follow the processing steps.

How to add products to my shopping cart

In the product page you'll see rows that specify the different characteroistics availables. Select the characteristic required and click the green button "Add to shopping cart". The product will automatically be added to your shopping cart.

When I will receive the order?

In your Order Confirmation you'll receive an estimate deliver date, depending on the availability of the products.
